Two, Applicant’s Qualification Requirements

That is, all goods provided are manufactured by small and medium-sized enterprises that meet the policy requirements, or all services or projects are undertaken by small and medium-sized enterprises that meet the policy requirements. 3. Specific qualification requirements for this project: 1. Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the “People’s Republic of China Government Procurement Law”; 2. Requirements to meet the government procurement policy: This project is exclusively for small and medium-sized enterprises, and the supplier must be a small and medium-sized enterprise and must submit the “Declaration Form for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises”. 3. Specific qualification requirements for this project: (1) The supplier must have an effective “Printing Business License”; (2) Suppliers listed as untrustworthy被执行人, major tax violation cases, or serious illegal records in government procurement on the “Credit China”, “China Government Procurement Network”, or “Credit Shandong” website shall not participate in this government procurement activity.

Location: Download from the Shandong Government Procurement Network.

Method: Any supplier who intends to participate in this government procurement must register successfully on the Shandong Government Procurement Network and file a bid in the system. Suppliers who do not file a bid as required or who have not filed a bid but have obtained the negotiation documents will be invalid. This project implements post-qualification review, and filing a bid does not guarantee passing the qualification review.
