三、Obtaining the Procurement Documents

1. This project implements online download of procurement documents. Suppliers who have not registered can register free of charge through the “Service Hall – Enterprise Access” section of the Binzhou City Public Resources Trading Center website.
2. Other notes: Except for projects entrusted by the procuring entity, government procurement projects will also conduct project establishment, filing information, determination results, and contract entry operations on the Shandong Provincial Government Procurement Information Publicity Platform (http://www.ccgp-shandong.gov.cn). 2. Location: This project adopts “Faceless Bidding”. Suppliers should log in to the Binzhou City Public Resources Trading Platform system (http://jypt.bzggzyjy.cn/TPBidder/memberLogin) under the “Sign-in and Decryption” section to perform remote decryption within the specified time.
